Biomass produces energy by burning up organisms such as plants and trees. Biomass burn up the organism and when the organisms are burned heat comes up. The heat goes and it pushes a turbine. When the turbine turns it creates electricity for us to use. Biomass is bad because it is not a renewable resource. This means you need new organisms to burn to create more electricity every time. Many people think and say that biomass is renewable resource. However, biomass is not the renewable resource to get the energy.
If people say "renewable resource", many people think of sun and wind are only renewable resource. In
Biomass can be used in everywhere because to make biomass people just need many organism or something to burn to create biomass energy. Also, they need lots of land and a lot of money to build up the factory for biomass. Also, biomass is the oldest way to get electricity.

In the diagram above, it shows how the machine works to produce biomass energy. This diagram also shows the biomass machine. First, wood waste goes into the boiler.Then when wood waste burns steam come and the steam is connected to turnbine and the heat moves the turbine. The generator creates electricity and the steam turns into water. Later on, the wood waste comes out as ash because it is burned.
